badminton again!
played badminton with my church mates again today. aiyo! so jialat! i haven't played since end august so i'm like =P!!!!!! lol....
but it was good fun... going again next week. missed hanging out with them and having a good laugh at funny shots. only problem is i cramp real easy when i play... sigh.. been having this problem for several months now. hope it isn't anything but a lack of sufficient warming up tho today i made sure i had a round of proper stretching... at this rate i'll probably need to stretch for half an hour! and drink a litre of h-2-o... at least i think that's what it's called...
suddenly can't remember the name of that drink. just had a nice relaxing bath and feel all clean again. but it was a good workout tho i pengsan-ed like after a mere hour. lol...
alrightey, xiang's done with his bath too.. mum mum time! yumyum! =)

Cramps during sports usually occur when your body is running out of salts.
Hydrate yourself and get those sports drinks. I recommend gatorade thou 100plus is damn shiok when u are tired.
looks like i'm super out of salts then... i cramp all the time... and it's various muscles too... sometimes it's so bad i can't even move for a few minutes.
but will try gatorade perhaps... let ya know how it goes! =) thanks for the tip...
