running target schedule all set
ello... yes i finally sat down to do my running schedule. so if i remain disciplined and run all the times stipulated for running and achieve the distances set, i should be all set for hitting the 10km on 3rd Dec. Lol... sounds good in theory... keep coming back here to see my progress!
anyway, as I was charting out my running schedule I just realised for the next SEVEN weeks, every single weekday night has something on. if it's not running, it's tuition. if it's not tuition it's my mission trip preparation meeting, if not it's a combination of running and mission trip meetings. in fact even my saturdays have things too... hmm... only my sundays are 'free' but of cos those are filled with church service, cell group, cell badminton, running and going out with xiang. feel tired just thinking of these next seven weeks. lol... msged a friend asking how she was and at the same time told her abt my busy schedule, and she said and i quote 'your life sounds packed and fun!' hmm... packed definitely... fun... not all of it that's for sure... i suspect tuition will be tiring cos we're gonna be busy preparing for his finals. running will be tiring physically... mission trip meetings ought to be ok tho... so yeah... not that fun...
alrightey, heading for my very last tennis lesson later. judging from the hectic schedule i doubt i'll be able to join my new found tennis friends for any tennis any time soon.
well, despite all this, i thank God for
- the opportunity to learn tennis
- one more person going for our mission trip
- a successful birthday surprise for a dear friend last friday
- a good rest yesterday afternoon
- His strength to keep going when the going gets tough
